Right now, marriage is a very touchy subject for people. Some believe that same-sex marriage is alright and others think it should be between a man and a woman.
Me? I agree that it should stay between a man and a woman.
People tend to think that if you don't agree with same-sex marriage than you hate gays and you're a bad person. But that's not true. Being Gay is a sin just as bad as lying and lying is just as bad as killing. It's all the same! Sin is sin.
I have friends that are Homosexual and I still love them. I don't condemn them but I just let them know that I love them and show them how great God is.
But I find it interesting that people say that everyone has there own voice and opinions and it's okay to be different. But when it goes against THERE way of thinking, apparently, it's not acceptable.
That is society's way of thinking. I make it my goal to not be with society's way of thinking.
Back on to the topic. The reason why I am against same-sex marriage is because, it obviously wasn't made to be like that. People say "It's natural, animals do it"
They do it because we live in a fallen world that is corrupted. nothing is pure and innocent. Have you ever seen a lion follow it's prey, just to play a friendly game?
Or a bear have a pet fish?
No. Because this world is corrupted by sin.
I love everyone, no matter who they are and what there choices are. But this is my choice and I'm not backing down from something I believe in.
